I had the opportunity to design the poster for an Accenture company party for many offices Accenture operates in the Austin area. They wanted the theme do be Accenture City Limits, and the event was held at the Moody Theatre where ACL Live has it’s home. My solution to the design was to emulate Austin City Limits instead of copying the fonts and designs. The result was a colourful, energetic design. I wanted it to feel fun and exciting while still giving off festival vibes along with using various shapes embedded into the larger pieces to create a feeling of depth. I think the overall design achieved the goals I was after. On the night of the event, the larger banner which was about 8ft high and 12 ft across was an excellent place for people to take photos. Creating a superb instagram moment and continuing the energy from the posters design.
